How to place order?
Choose your preferred item and add to cart then proceed for payment checkout after filling in the required details. Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully with payment made and may sell out during the process.
Will I receive order confirmation details after placing order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order summary after placing order successfully.
How to track my order?
Parcel tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once ready for shipping. Customer will be able to track the parcel status via the courier company web site.
Delivery time may vary according to the shipping destination and will be carried out during normal working days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
What payment method is available?
Credit Card, Debit Card and Online Banking for local banks are available. Final payable amount will be shown during checkout and you will see a confirmation status once the payment transaction is successful. Please note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issued card due to Foreign Exchange.
Can I cancel my order and get refund?
All sales are final and please note that no cancellation and refund allowed for all orders placed, unless the item is out of stock. Thus, you are advised to double check the details before proceeding for payment checkout.
Can I change my shipping details after placing order?
Should you need to change your shipping details (Receiver Name, Contact Number, Address), please contact the Customer Service Team at shop@eNanyang.my along with your order and latest shipping details for verification. Please note that you will not be able to change the details if your order has been processed for delivery arrangement.
Can I change my item after placed order?
No changes are allowed as all sales are final and will dispatch for shipping arrangement after order placed. You are advised to double check the details before proceeding for payment checkout.
Can I opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) or Meet up collection?
Sorry, we do not provide COD and collection service. Full payment must be made to place order and proceed for delivery arrangement within Malaysia.
