Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

1. Can I cancel my order and get refund?
All items sold are non-refundable unless the ordered item is out of stock and you do not wish to replace it with other options. In such case, our customer representative will contact you for further arrangement.

2. For what reasons can I return and exchange my ordered item?
Return and Exchange will be reviewed and processed based on case-by-case basis with the following reasons:-

a. Received wrong items
b. Incomplete order
c. Received damaged / defective Items

The Company’s decision is final in each and any exchange or return requests.

Please note that:
a. The item(s) should be in its original condition with tag intact, unused, unworn, and unwashed, or else will be duly declined.
b. Attributes such as measurement variations >0cm-3cm as a result of mass manufacturing, colour variance due to differing monitor or screen resolutions, and difference in prints as a result of manufacturing process will not be considered as defects.
c. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. The Company will provide options for replacement if it is out of stock.
d. Customers should ensure the items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. The Company will not be responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.

3. What are the procedures for return and exchange?
Please send the below details to shop@eNanyang.my within 7 working days upon receiving date:-

a. Unboxing video and clear photo(s) of the full item and defected part
b. A copy of invoice / order
c. Description for us to understand better
d. Shipping details for item replacement (Receiver Name, Contact No., Address)

The Company shall update the status by confirming whether the item(s) is exchangeable and it should be returned within provided timeline.

Missing item(s) for incomplete order will be delivered immediately after verification and postage fees will be bear by the Company.

4. Delivery charges for return and exchange?
Delivery charges for returning the item(s) to the Company will be refunded to the Customers’ bank account, unless:-

a. The item(s) are not returned in accordance with the Company’s return and exchange guidelines within the stipulated time period
b. The item(s) returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in your order

If any requests are denied, you are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within 7 working days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the items and it shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
